юрФедеральный суд США в регионе, имеющем статус несамоуправляющейся территории [ Territory] США. Ныне такие суды имеются в Пуэрто-Рико [ Puerto Rico] (где он пользуется статусом окружного суда [ district court]), а также на о. Гуам [ Guam], на Виргинских [ Virgin Islands of the United States] и Северных Марианских островах [ Mariana Islands], где территориальный суд выполняет также многие функции местных окружных судов. Существовавший до 1982 территориальный суд в Зоне Панамского канала [ Panama Canal Zone] был упразднен.
